For those requiring diagnosis of potential damp and report and estimated costs associated with rectifying the issues should they exist.
Timber survey
Our surveys will identify if the potential infestation is still active or historic and if how best to solve the problem along with costs and advice.
Pre-purchase survey
Often mortgage providers require that an inspection is carried out to make sure that the property being bought is a sound investment.
Cavity wall tie survey
Giving property owners peace of mind that the cavity wall ties are not compromised with a report to detail how best to repair should this be necessary.
What you can expect from your survey

I use different types of electronic moisture meters, thermal imaging (as required), wall surface temperature guns and hygrometers.
The readings from these will be analysed along with the notes from all visual inspections to compile your full damp timber report.
The cost of a survey will vary based on the size of property, location of the property and the type and scale of survey that is required.
